Delivery and Shipping

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 4 to 6 business days. Please note that during high- demand sale periods or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan that exceed PKR 2,500. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress directly on our website. Simply visit our Track Your Order page and enter your Order Number and Tracking Number.
To ensure reliable and safe delivery across the country, we currently deliver all orders via Postex.

Returns and Exchanges

Pak Linens maintains a no-return policy. All goods purchased through our website are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund at our expense.
To initiate a replacement or refund for a damaged item, you must inform us within 2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp. You can also reach us through our Contact Us page.
No, because all sales are final, we do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or preference once an order is placed.

Orders and Payments

To place an order, browse our collections, select your items, and add them to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and select your preferred payment method.
We offer three convenient ways to pay for your order: Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Credit/Debit Card: Securely pay online at the time of purchase. Because all sales at Pak Linens are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, we strongly advise you to review your order carefully before confirming. If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately; however, once an order is processed for delivery, it cannot be modified.
